I had the pleasure of working with Carole when she developed and facilitated awareness sessions and a suite of skills modules to support the implementation of a new performance management process. The awareness sessions were rolled out to over 2000 members of DH employees over a 12-month period. Personnel ranged from the most junior civil servant to Permanent Secretary Level.
Carole has invaluable people skills, which created an atmosphere that made staff feel at ease and encouraged individuals to discuss openly. This enabled them to focus on their development needs and helped prepare a development plan to assist in improving performance.
At all times Carole was extremely professional, open, honest and calm. She is able to adapt her communication style to suit the audience. I look forward to working with Carole again, if the opportunity arises.
