What is the Coaching Clinic® ?
The Coaching Clinic is for leaders, managers, team leaders and newly appointed supervisors - who wish to have a fully developed coaching model and platform for skill development.
The Coaching Clinic is a two-day intensive experiential learning programme that generates development of individuals and teams and increases leadership potential. It is supported by follow-on one-to-one coaching sessions, in-facility shadow coaching and telephone/email coaching. This is to help participants to reinforce their learning and support them during implementation.
